1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bullard Creativ's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bullard Creativ provides professional real estate photography and videography services, including:

• Property photography (interior, exterior, aerial)
• Real estate videography and cinematic tours
• Video editing and post-production services
• Virtual tours and 360° photography
• Digital asset delivery and client portal access

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking platform. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling: We accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests when notified at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Preview-Then-Pay Model: For video services, clients receive preview files before payment. Full payment is required to access high-resolution downloads.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards via Square, Venmo, and other authorized payment methods.

Late Payments: Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Bullard Creativ retains copyright to all original photographs and videos. Clients receive a license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property.

Usage Rights: Purchased media may be used for property listings, marketing materials, and social media. Resale or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Quality and Delivery

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is within 24-72 hours depending on the service package. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Quality Guarantee: We strive for excellence in every project. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to address concerns within reason.

Weather and Property Conditions: Shoots may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe property conditions at our discretion.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring property access and providing necessary keys/codes
• Preparing the property for photography/videography (staging, lighting, etc.)
• Obtaining necessary permissions for property access
• Providing accurate property information and special requirements
• Ensuring safety and accessibility of the property

8. Limitation of Liability

Bullard Creativ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance but are not responsible for property damage caused by third parties or pre-existing conditions.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in that policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
